All orders for Pink, Green or Galaxy Practice Pads currently takes 3-4 business days with express delivery. For Express shipping we aim to deliver within 3-4 days of your order being placed. We will send you a shipping email to let you know your oder has been dispatched from our warehouse. A signature will be required on reciept of your order. What if I'm not in when my order arrives?
When an order is sent by Express shipping, the driver will leave a card so you can arrange a more convenient delivery time. If our delivery service is unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the order to us and a delivery charge will apply for it to be returned again.
Why should I include my phone number?
If we have a problem with your order or shipping we may contact you via telephone. We will not pass your number on to any third parties apart from our delevery company for delivery information.
